I am writing this post under a massive blanket, outside the weather is screaming to go out, but I feel sick :-(
Anyway, here we go with another italian post: Trulli of Alberobello, they are part of UNESCO world heritage sites, and if you look at the pictures, you will understand why. It was my second time here, but I was so excited like if it had been the first one...maybe cause there are not so many turists in this period, and I felt that the place was for me.
The trulli are stone buildings typical of this area of Puglia: Valle d'Itria. They don't present any form of concrete, to avoid the payment of the taxes (in the past); in fact they could have been easily destroyed, so they were considered temporary structures. I fell in love, not only with this so characteristic city, but with all the valley, it is so green and full of trees. It had been for sure one of the best moments of this Italian trip.
The look: mix and match, all the colours and patterns together...that day I woke up like this :-)


Sto scrivendo questo post sotto una coperta pesante, fuori il tempo è magnifico e cerca di sedurmi, però purtroppo non mi sento troppo in forma :-(
Eccoci con un altro post italiano: i Trulli di Alberobello, patrimonio UNESCO, e se guardate le foto capirete perchè. Era la mia seconda volta qui, ma ero esaltata come se fosse stata la prima, forse perchè non c'erano troppi turisti in questo periodo, e sentivo che il posto fosse tutto per me.
I trulli sono costruzioni in pietra tipiche di quest'area della Puglia, ovvero la Valle d'Itria. Non presentano alcuna forma di legante cementizio, questo per evitare il pagamento delle tasse in passato; potevano infatti essere facilmente scomposti, passando quindi da strutture temporanee. Non mi sono innamorata solo di questa cittadina così caratteristica, ma dell'intera vallata, che è così verde e ricca di vegetazione. Questo è stato di sicuro uno dei momenti più belli del viaggio italiano.
Il look: mix and match di colori e fantasie... quel giorno mi ero svegliata così :-)
