This is an experience that, for real, I don't know if I will suggest you. There is a cave not far from Hersonissos called Skoteino: Dark. It was used since the past for the cult of the goddess Artemis. It is full of stalactites and stalagmites, but... also full of pigeons and bats. During my exploration there where no other visitors and the noise of the wings was a little bit scary. Just calculate that the pics are much, much brighter than the actual light in the cave, because the rocks has been used as tripod, eheh ;-)
In any case it is for sure a suggestive place.

Questa è un'esperienza che davvero non so se consiglierei. C'è una caverna non distante da Hersonissos che si chiama Skoteino: Buio. E' stata usata fin dal passato per il culto della dea Artemide. E' piena di stalattiti e stalagmiti, ma... anche di piccioni e pipistrelli. Durante la mia esplorazione non c'erano altri visitatori e il rumore delle ali era abbastanza inquietante. Calcolate che le foto sono molto più luminose della realtà, perchè sono state usate le rocce come treppiedi, eheh ;-)
Comunque sia, si tratta di un posto molto suggestivo.
