And with this post, the wedding pictures come to an end. This is the moment after the cerimony. First we walked all together till the pier of Patra to take some group-pictures. I chose this place because I really think that represents the essence of this city: the sea, the port, and the mountains in the background. Than Tilemachos and I went in a field to take some couple-pictures, and these, I have to say, that are my favourite ones! We really didn't spend much time for pictures, I think around one hour, because I really wanted to enjoy the people that came from all over the countries to celebrate us. After that, we gathered in the Agouridi Estate, that was simply the perfect frame for such a day, and we danced till 07.00 in the morning.
FUN FACTS
- I specified in the invitations that women dress code was total white, and I am so happy about this choice, cause I think that it was one of the most elegant wedding ever. Look at the pictures...
- When we were walking towards the pier with all the women in white, we have been asked if we were a parade, or actors...LOL
- I didn't throw the bouquet, because with the wild artichockes I was really worried to kill someone, but I throw the garter, that Tilemachos had to take with his mouth.
E con questo post, terminano le foto del matrimonio. Si tratta del momento post cerimonia. Per prima cosa abbiamo camminato tutti insieme fino al molo di Patrasso per scattare qualche foto di gruppo. Ho scelto questo posto perché penso davvero che rappresenti l'essenza di questa città: il mare, il porto e le montagne sullo sfondo. Poi solo io e Tilemachos siamo andati in un campo per fare delle foto di coppia, e queste devo dire che sono le mie preferite! Non abbiamo dedicato molto tempo alle foto, penso all'incirca un'ora, perché volevo davvero godermi le persone che venivano da tutt'Europa per festeggiarci. Successivamente ci siamo riuniti nella tenuta Agouridi, che è stata semplicemente la cornice perfetta per una giornata del genere, e abbiamo ballato fino alle 7.00 del mattino.
FATTI DIVERTENTI
- Ho specificato negli inviti che le donne erano gradite in bianco, e sono così felice di questa scelta, perché penso che sia stato uno dei matrimoni più eleganti di sempre. Ve ne renderete conto dalle foto...
- Quando stavamo camminando verso il molo con tutte le donne in bianco, ci è stato chiesto se eravamo una parata, o attori... ahahah
- Non ho lanciato il bouquet, perché con i carciofi selvatici ero davvero preoccupata di uccidere qualcuno, ma abbaimo lanciato la giarrettiera, che Tilemachos ha dovuto prendere solo con l'aiuto della bocca.
