I am so proud of this photoshooting.
First of all cause Bob and I are trying to learn more and more about photography. Photos were taken with a Canon 1100D 50mm.
Second cause this red Redingote has a long story. I leave you with a letter written by who gave it to me...
P.s. I cry everytime I read it.
Dear Sara,
I am so happy to see the red coat again, yes the "red redingotte "...I think it is connected with Florence!
My mum Liliana sews it in the 40s, she is a young dressmaker, she is tall as you are and she wears it proud of her, while she walkes down the streets of Florence, she sees only bicycles and some trams.
After the war the skirts are getting shorter and shorter and the Redingotte is left inside the wardrobe.
I find it in the end of the 60s, it's amazing, long skirts are back. It sees a totally different city: cars, traffic-jam and student protests, but it loves show itself and it goes to discos every Sunday afternoon as well, coming back for dinner while I run to be at home before seven p.m!
But Fashion changes, and a white 500 (car) takes the redingotte to Trento. It stays there inside a chest till a friendship changes its destiny.
It shows itself after many years, I can't wear it, but it's still amazing, so I decide to give it to Vania for Sara, I know it will be loved and she will take care of it and I am right. The redingotte passes by Feltre, but it doesn't stop there, with Sara she comes back to...Florence. I can't believe it!
The city is different, but the red redingotte knows she is at home, and it is even more gorgeous. What a personality...after many years it is still fashionable! With all those experiences it enters the Web too! Nothing can stop it now!
Liliana, happy, look at it, that goes around Florence and Blogs and smiling she says:
" l'è proprio vero che i tempi cambiano! " (times are changing, yeah for sure!)

Sono troppo orgogliosa di questi scatti.
Prima di tutto perchè io e Bob stiamo cercando di migliorare ed imparare sempre di più a riguardo della fotografia. Le foto sono state scattate con una Canon 1100d 50mm.
Secondo perchè questa Redingote rossa ha una lunga storia. Vi lascio con una lettera della persona che me l'ha data:

Cara Sara,
che emozione vedere di nuovo indossato il cappotto rosso a "redingotte", già la " redingotte rossa" .....io penso che abbia un filo diretto con Firenze !
Nasce negli anna quaranta dalle mani esperte di mamma Liliana, giovane sarta, alta quasi come te che la indossa fiera, mentre a piedi cammina a passo svelto per le vie del centro, in giro solo biciclette e qualche tram.
Dopo la guerra le gonne si accorciano e la redingotte resta appesa in un angolo dell'armadio.
La ritrovo io alla fine degli anni '60, è bellissima, sono tornate le gonne lunghe e la riporto fuori. Trova una città completamente diversa: macchine, traffico, mangiadischi e lotte studentesche ma le piace farsi vedere in mezzo a tanti giovani e viene anche in discoteca, tutte le domeniche pomeriggio, riaccompagnandomi svolazzante mentre corro a casa per la cena, rigorosamente entro le sette !
Ma la moda si sa, cambia veloce e a bordo di una 500 bianca arriva a Trento dove finisce piegata in una cassapanca. Lì si ferma fino a quando un'amicizia cambia il suo destino.
Riappare dopo anni, non è più adatta a me ma è ancora piena di fascino, così l'affido a Vania per Sara, so in che mani va e non mi sbaglio. Passa per Feltre ma non si ferma e con Sara torna a ....... Firenze . Da non credere !
La città è molto cambiata ma la "redingotte rossa" riconosce subito l'aria di casa, è raggiante e ancora una volta si rinnova .Che personalità ! Ricca di tante esperienze si lascia fotografare ed entra tranquilla nel mondo globale viaggiando nel Web! Ormai non ha più confini .
Liliana la guarda felice a spasso per Firenze ma anche nel blog e sorridente dice:
" l'è proprio vero che i tempi cambiano! "
