Hello everyone, I have tons of stuff to edit and show you. This post is about Sunday 20th of May, I wish I could have posted it sooner, but I didn't make it before my trip to Helsinki :-(
I live in Patra, but not in the city centre, in a small village distant 15minutes by car, Krini. There are not so many inhabitants, but I have to say that we are quite active from the social point of view. This time we cleaned our river Neromana and then we organized a walk all together to arrive at the spring. There we had picnic, we danced and we heard the history of the place, the tradition says that it is full of fairies.
This time the video is a vlog, I just brought you with me during this Sunday, I hope you will like it.
And of course if you are in Patra I strongly suggest to pass by, the spot is full of trees that protect from the sun, there is a magical sound of spring water and a lot of place to do picnics, sounds great right?!
Un saluto a tutti, ho un sacco materiale da editare e mostrarvi. Questo post riguarda domenica 20 maggio, vorrei averlo pubblicato prima, ma non ce l'ho fatta prima del mio viaggio ad Helsinki :-(
Vivo a Patrasso, ma non nel centro città, in un piccolo villaggio distante 15 minuti in auto, Krini. Non ci sono tanti abitanti, ma devo dire che siamo abbastanza attivi dal punto di vista sociale. Questa volta abbiamo pulito il nostro fiume Neromana e poi abbiamo organizzato una passeggiata tutti insieme per arrivare alla fonte. Là abbiamo fatto un picnic, abbiamo ballato e abbiamo ascoltato la storia del posto ( la tradizione vuole che sia pieno di fate).
Questa volta il video è un vlog, vi porto con me durante questa domenica, spero che vi piaccia.
E, naturalmente, se siete a Patrasso consiglio vivamente di passare, il posto è pieno di alberi che proteggono dal sole, c'è un suono magico di acqua sorgiva e un sacco di spazio per fare pic-nic, ispira anche a voi ?!
Γεια σας, έχω τόσο υλικό να κάνω edit και να σας δείξω. Αυτο το post είναι για την Κυριακή 20 Μαΐου, ευχόμουν ότι θα  μπορουσα να το δημοσιεύσω νωρίτερα, αλλά δεν πρόλαβα πριν από το ταξίδι μου στο Helsinki :-(
Μένω στην Πάτρα, αλλά όχι στο κέντρο, σε ένα μικρό χωριό που απέχει 15 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο, την Κρήνη. Δεν είναι τόσο πολλοί οι κάτοικοι, αλλά πρέπει να πω ότι είμαστε αρκετά ενεργοί από κοινωνική άποψη. Αυτή τη φορά καθαρίσαμε τον ποταμό μας, την ομορφη Νερομάνα και στη συνέχεια οργανώσαμε ένα περπάτημα όλοι μαζί για να φτάσουμε στην πηγή. Εκεί κάναμε πικνίκ, χορέψαμε  και ακούσαμε την ιστορία του τόπου (η παράδοση λέει ότι είναι γεμάτη νεράιδες).
Αυτή τη φορά το βίντεο είναι ένα vlog που μόλις σας έφερα μαζί μου από  αυτή την Κυριακή, ελπίζω ότι θα σας αρέσει.
Και φυσικά αν βρίσκεστε στην Πάτρα προτείνω να περάσετε, το σημείο είναι γεμάτο από δέντρα που προστατεύουν από τον ήλιο, υπάρχει ένας μαγικός ήχος πηγής νερού και πολύς χώρος για να κάνετε πικνίκ, ακούγεται  τέλειο ε?!

Keep exploring Greece and this time I highly reccomend to pass by. Today I am visiting the area of Kalavrita, to be precise Zachlorou, around 80 kilometers from Patra. The place is a scenary for a movie. There is the river, next to it, the railway lines, stone houses and everything is surrounded by the mountains. I suggest to stop by the monastry of Mega Spileo first, and than explore the village and eat something really traditional in the small tavernas.
As always, I hadn't the proper outfit (oxford shoes and light trench), cause I never decide where to go, till I am in the car, but this time I was clever enough to have one extra pair of boots and one extra sweater... goal!


Continuo ad esplorare la Grecia e raccomando al massimo questa meta. Oggi sto visitando l'area di Kalavrita ad un'ottantina di kilometri da Patrasso, per essere precisi il villaggetto di Zachlorou. Questo posto sembra essere stato costruito per lo scenario di un film. C'è il fiume, accanto ci sono i binari del treno, le casette sono di pietra e il tutto è circondato da montagne. Suggerisco di fermarsi prima al monastero di Mega Spileo e poi fare un giretto per il villaggio e gustare i cibi tradizionali delle taverne.
Come al solito non avevo l'outfit più appropriato (ballerine e trench leggero), perchè non so mai dove sono diretta fino a quando non sono in macchina, ma sta volta sono stata abbastanza furba da portarmi degli stivaletti di ricambio e un extra maglioncino!

My ashtag: #exploringgreece is going on. Today we are at the stone bridge of Stranoma, to be precise: Artotiva. It was an amazing experience, but no, I won't recommend it. You can reach it only with 4x4 car, or walking through a lovely path, the problem are the free dogs. I was surrounded by something like 10 dogs, not a nice experience, so if you decide to go, go with a group of people. For the rest, the place is amazing, super relaxing and the water has a wonderful colour.
I was super determined to wear a skirt, so here I am, but at least I got my boots, that turned out to be perfect to walk.
I was really coloured...strange... but I needed something cheerful to wear, that's why I chose one of my favourite pairs of earrings, the Peruvian ones.



Il mio ashtag: #esplorandolagrecia continua. Oggi siamo al ponte di pietra di Stranoma, per essere precisi Artotiva. E' stata un'esperienza meravigliosa, ma che non consiglierei. Potete raggiungerlo solo con una 4x4 o a piedi per un sentiero, ma il problema sono i cani in libertà. Sono stata circondata da una cosa come dieci cani e non è stato piacevole, se decidete di andare partite assolutamante in gruppo. Per il resto il posto è stupendo, davvero rilassante e l'acqua ha un colore meraviglioso.
Ero determinata ad indossare una gonna a tutti i costi, ed eccomi qui, almeno ho messo gli stivali che si sono rivelati essere adatti camminare.
Nel look di oggi ci sono un sacco di colori... strano... ma avevo bisogno di qualcosa di allegro da mettere, ecco perchè ho scelto un paio di orecchini che adoro, quelli peruviani.
