Last weekend, I followed again my boyfriend to a sport event: the international competition of archery the T.F.G. Achaia Clauss. If you don't remember, he belongs to a team of photographers that makes sport photography. Last time it was a sail-boats race, the post was this one.
This time I had even more fun, because I had the opportunity to try to shoot: the sound of the arrow that lands is so satisfying! I felt like an viking warrior. It was so interesting to see all the type of arches, from the most high tech, to the really traditional ones. And I was impressed to see so many foreign people taking part in the competition. The event was hosted by Achaia Clauss, that it's an old winery since 1861, as you can imagine the location was absolutely stunning.
Lo scorso fine settimana ho seguito di nuovo il mio fidanzato ad un evento sportivo: una gara internazionale di tiro con l'arco T.F.G. Achaia Clauss. Per chi non lo ricordasse, il mio ragazzo appartiene ad una squadra di fotografi che fa fotografia sportiva. L'ultima volta era stata una regata di barche a vela, con questo post.
Questa volta mi sono divertita ancora di più, perché ho avuto l'opportunità di provare a tirare: il suono della freccia che si conficca è così soddisfacente! Mi sono sentita come una guerriera vichinga. È stato interessantissimo vedere tutti i tipi di archi, dal più tecnologico, a quello più tradizionale. E sono rimasta impressionata nel vedere così tanti stranieri partecipare alla gara. L'evento si è tenuto ad Achaia Clauss una vecchia cantina dal 1861, e come potete immaginare la location era stupenda.
