Surely it won't be the best post ever, but I am so proud of it! There was the Athens Xclusive Designers Week and nobody could come with me from the 7sevendays team...so I did it like old times, alone!!! This time was a little bit harder cause I had to do both pics and video, so be patient if the quality is not the best. Let's say that, because of the many things to do, I didn't fully enjoy the show, but I was happy to attend it the day that the students of AKTO (Private University) were performing...it is always nice to see what is in the students mind. The other stylists, that I have seen, present in that day, were: Sadykova; Thimothy Papas; Alexandra Design.
In my mini trip I also spent some time in Sintagma Square, in front of the parliament, watching the changing of the guard and enjoying a cocktail on the 7th floor of the hotel: King George; if you are in Athens this is a MUST, enjoying the sunset from there was one of the best experiences ever... but I think you can see it from the pics and the video.
My outfit had to be a mix of elegance, comfiness and layers... because of the trip (car+train+metro), I ended up wearing a geometric skirt, overknee boots, one crop top and a leather jacket, the best idea that I had, was wearing shorts under the skirt... it was super windy, and I was alone holding in one hand the camera, and in the other DJOsmo for the video...
Sicuramente non sarà il miglior post della storia, ma ne sono super orgogliosa! C'era la settimana della moda Ateniese (Athens Xclusive Designers Week) e nessuno della mia squadra poteva accompagnarmi... quindi ho fatto come ai vecchi tempi, da sola!!! Anche se sta volta è stata più dura, perchè dovevo fare sia foto che video, quindi portate un pò di pazienza se la qualità non è ottima. Diciamo che a causa delle mille cose da fare non mi sono troppo gustata lo show, ma sono contenta di esserci andata quando sfilavano le creazioni degli studenti dell'AKTO (Università Privata)... è sempre interessante vedere cosa passa per la testa degli studenti. Gli altri stilisti, che ho seguito, presenti in quella giornata erano: Sadykova; Thimothy Papas; Alexandra Design.
Ho incluso nella gita anche una tappa alla piazza di Sintagma, davanti al parlamento, per guardare il cambio della guardia e godermi un cocktail al settimo piano dell'hotel King George; se siete ad Atene è una tappa obbligata! Guardare il tramonto da lassù è stata una delle esperienze più emozionanti... credo che possiate vederlo da soli tramite le foto e il video.
Il mio outfit doveva essere un mix di eleganza, confortevolezza e strati... a causa del viaggio (macchina+treno+metro), ho finito per indossare una gonna geometrica, stivali sopra il ginocchio, crop top e giacca in pelle; l'idea più geniale è stata mettere dei pantaloncini sotto la gonna, perchè era super ventoso ed io ero da sola con una macchina fotografica in una mano e il DJOsmo nell'altra per il video...
Σίγουρα δεν θα είναι το καλύτερο post που έχω κάνει, όμως είμαι περήφανη! Κανείς απ την ομάδα μου δεν μπορούσε να έρθει μαζί μου για το Fashion week της Αθήνας (Athens Xclusive Designers Week), οπότε έκανα όπως τα παλιά χρόνια: μόνη μου! Αν και αυτή την φορά ήταν πιο δύσκολο, επειδή έπρεπε να τραβήξω και φωτογραφίες, και βίντεο, οπότε κάντε υπομονή αν το αποτέλεσμα δεν είναι τέλειο. Λόγω του ότι είχα πολλά πράγματα να κάνω, δεν απόλαυσα πολύ το show, όμως είμαι πολύ χαρούμενη να βρίσκομαι εκεί την μέρα που παρουσιάζανε τις δουλιές των παιδιών του AKTO (ιδιωτικό πανεπιστήμιο)... είναι ενδιαφέρων να δεις τι σκέφτονται οι φοιτητες. Οι άλλοι σχεδιαστές που ακολούθησα εκείνη την ημέρα ήταν: Sadykova; Thimothy Papas; Alexandra Design.
Συνδύασα αυτή την εκδρομή με μια βόλτα στην πλατεία Σύνταγματος: λατρεύω την αλλαγή φρουράς, και χαλάρωσα με ένα cocktail στο έβδομο όροφο του ξενοδοχείου King George. Άμα περνάτε από Αθήνα πρέπει να πάτε! Να κοιτάς το ηλιοβασίλεμα από εκεί, ήταν μια από της καλύτερες εμπειρίες, φαντάζομαι ότι μπορείτε να το καταλάβετε από τις φωτογραφίες και το βίντεο.
Το outfit έπρεπε να είναι κομψό, αλλά και άνετο λόγω του ταξιδιού (αυτοκοινητο + τρένο + μετρό ), οπότε επέλεξα μια φούστα, ψηλές μπότες χωρίς τακούνι, crop top και δερμάτινη ζακέτα, η καλύτερη ιδέα που είχα ήταν να φορεσω σορτσάκια κάτω από την φούστα, γιατί είχε πολύ αέρα και εγώ είχα σ'ένα χέρι την φωτογραφική μηχανή, στο άλλο το DJOsmo για το βίντεο...
